Raising Money-Smart Kids by Robin Taub (139)

This book is about how to teach your kids about money while learning a few things yourself.  Let’s face it, very few of us are financially savvy. And that is why we get into debt and can’t seem to get out. And when times get rough, we are the first to bulk under the pressure because we have not taken good care of our finances.

This book makes that process very concrete and to the point. Most parents believe that they have the responsibility to teach their kids about money.  However, for many parents, they can’t even balance their own books.  Therefore, its important for parents to fill in their gaps of knowledge about finance before they can really zero in on helping their kids become their best.

We all know that making sound financial decisions and developing good financial habits are important to have a successful life. Financial struggles can erode relationships and even take a toll on your own health and well-being.

Therefore, its important to teach our kids about money from the earliest age. This book will help parents do just that.

It is especially hard to teach kids about money in this day and age. The digital world has made teaching kids about money even more difficult.

I love this book. It is a book for every parent on how to balance their books and how they can teach their kids to be savvy money managers.
