Discover Your Destiny By Robin Sharma (170)

This is a wonderful book about how live a wonderful and meaningful life. I love all of Robin Sharma’s books.

Like Sharma’s other four bestselling books that fueled a worldwide phenomena of reweaving our lives in different ways, ones that are very different from our Western Culture.

This book is written in a story about a person who is a highly ambitious executive, Dar Sanderson, who appears to have it all on the outside but he lacks happiness, fulfillment, inner peace, and true meaning in his life.

An encounter with Julian Mantle, the now famous monk who has discovered the secrets to lasting success, sets Dar upon an extraordinary odyssey to find his authentic self and claim the life of his dreams. Along the way, Dar learns seven potent lessons that are essential to living one’s biggest life and shining brightly in the world.

In this tale, you will discover these seven principles or stages of self-awakening. They are clear and simple enough to grasp but a lot harder to bring about. However, if a busy executive can do it, we all can do too.

In this story, you will discover the important practicalities of the seven stages of self-transformation:

  • How to trust in your limitless potential.
  • How to avoid the crime of self-betrayal.
  • How to realize the life of your dreams.
  • How to transform fear into fortune.
  • How to discover your calling.
  • How to turn events that test you into experiences that reward you.
  • How to find the love you want.

This is practical guide that is inspiring and encouraging. This book is a must-read for all of us, especially these individuals who are tired of striving and never finding fulfillment or happiness. Perhaps we’re on the wrong road to freedom.

I loved this book from the beginning to the end!
