Cultural Traditions in Canada by Molly Aloian (76)

This is a wonderful book about all the cultural traditions in Canada.  This book can be used by both the younger child and the older one as well for school projects.

I had no idea that Canada had so many cultural traditions and holidays associated with them.

Here are some of our holidays:

  • New Years
  • The Quebec Winter Carnival
  • Family Day
  • Good Friday and Easter
  • Victoria Day
  • National Aboriginal Day
  • Canada Day
  • The Calgary Stampede
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Halloween
  • Remembrance Day
  • Christmas

Wow!!!!  Now that’s a lot of holidays. Each of these holidays have traditions associated with them. This book explains them to all readers. I even learned a few things, and I am an adult!
