Since a lot of these diseases are now pandemic, it is especially important for all of us to really pay attention to what we eat. With additives and other harmful agents in our foods, we must become nutritional savvy. And this book should help us achieve this all-important goal.

I loved this book from start to finish. I wish everyone who is over 40 would read this book. Your later years will be the most healthy they can be.
