A Recipe for an Extraordinary Life by Emilio Jose Garcia and Samantha Kristoferson (19)

This is a wonderful book about organization, minimalism and self-care.  It is a book like no other by authors from the Waterloo, Ontario region. It is a must-read in our culture of overconsumption and over-busyness.

So many of us are feeling overwhelmed in our busy lives. If you feel this way, this book is definitely for you!

This is a book by two organizing professionals. In this book, you will discover how to create balance and how to compartmentalize your life so that you can actually control it more and make your time a valuable resource that you could use to do the things that you love.

The authors present an easy to follow four step guide to become more focused, concentrate better, and sleep better. In less than two weeks of following their steps, I have de-cluttered my life and made time for all the things that mean the most to me. And that is precisely what I was looking for.

The authors show you how to organize, minimalize and institute rituals of self-care that can lead you to a more fulfilling and joyful life.
