Nana’s Getting Married (138)

This is a super-fun picture book that is written by Heather Hartt-Sussman and illustrated by Georgia Graham. It is a book that kids of all ages will enjoy and relish.

Life in the household with Nana is perfect. She makes freshly baked cookies, reads wonderful bedtime stories every night, makes brand new mittens and socks as well as turtleneck sweaters.

But then everything changes! She meets Bob and spends a lot of time talking to him on the phone, giggling, having long bubble baths, singing love songs and putting on make-up. There is no more time for the little boy!

What can he do to get Nana back with him?

This is a book that most children will be able to relate to, especially those who have had parents or grandparents who had to balance other relationships, including those of the grandkids.
