Psyched by Terry Orlick (110)

This is a book about all Canadian athletes who have dared to excel and exceed everyone’s expectations of their performance. I always wondered how athletes reach for the top all the time and succeed. This book is a must read for all individuals who are interested in becoming their best. This book is not only relevant to sports and athletes but to all walks of life.

It is hard to know how Olympic athletes keep striving to be their best. They practise and hone their skills for years to be able to reach perfection. And they do it tirelessly. But how do they do it?

Well, Terry Orlick helps us to discover how this is possible. He interviewed many athletes and Olympians in a way to discover their secret. After the reader has read their accounts, they may be surprised to know that their secret may be as simple as continuing on, against adversity.
