Viminy Crowe’s Comic Book Written by Marthe Jocelyn and Richard Scrimger (74)

This is a unique comic book for young adolescents and junior readers. However, I found the book very humorous and transporting as well. But I love adolescent books as a rule and read a lot of them because I write for young adults myself.

This book is a page-turning adventure like no other I have ever seen. It is all complete with a dashing master of disguise, an awesome aviatrix, a repulsive criminal genius, malevolent robots…and a bionic rat?  Hilarious!!!!!!!!!!!!

It seemed to Wylder that every time he turned around, he was inside a different scene, each more fantastic than the last. a steam train carrying gold and robotic servants, a secret lab with an evil scientist, a hotel lobby with a Milkshake Mobile. It as like a video game with different levels, only instead of slouching on the couch at home, you got to be one of the action figures racing around.

What a fun book!
