The Fibromyalgia Cookbook (14)

51IoUCapNDL._SX372_BO1,204,203,200_[1]This is a GREAT book for Fibromyalgia sufferers.  It is a book written by a Canadian who also suffers from Fibromyalgia. She lives in Ontario and is the mother of four children.

The book is also co-authored by Alison C. Bested, MD, FRCPC. She is a hematological pathologist who practices in Toronto, Canada.

Alan C. Logan, is a doctor of neuropathic medicine in Toronto.

This trio has written a book that is informative and has some 140 recipes that we can all try if we suffer from Fibromyalgia.

I have been suffering with the symptoms of Fibromyalgia for quite a long time. I had no idea that I could manage a lot of my symptoms through attention to my diet. This is music to my ears.  But what is more, after reading this book I decided to purchase it because it has so many delicious recipes that are easy to make and very delicious.

Thank you Shelley, Alison, and Alan for a GREAT book.  I would recommend this book to anyone who suffers from any chronic illness such as arthritis, osteoarthritis and Fibromyalgia.
