This is an important book for adolescent girls and boys. It outlines in detail all the changes that girls and boys will go through during their adolescent years. It is a very engaging and informative book that will show adolescents how to be their best and will take all the guess-work out of puberty.

Every kid and teen has to go through puberty. It’s very much a part of growing up. These changes seem predictable enough. These are some of the hardest times for kids and teens though. They are going through so many changes and most teens have no idea what is going on in their body. They feel so out of sorts, and it seems to go on for many years.

A teen’s body is changed from a child’s to an adult’s. Kids and teens, as well as parents, may think that they know what to expect. But there are always surprises along the way. And these times can be so difficult for teens to endure and go through. Puberty seems to last forever too. So, it is important for kids and teens, along with their parents to know what to expect. This book will dispel any mystery that resides in this process.

However, there are also a lot of changes on the inside that teens have to endure. These are the changes that are going on in a teen’s head. Teen’s will develop unique character traits, they will try on personae, and they will be moody and depressed from time to time as well. It is important for teens and their parents to know what to do.

This book also talks about fitting in and gaining self-confidence during this crucial and tumultuous time in a teen’s life. All in all, it is a GREAT book and one that will be a resource for kids and their parents.

I believe that knowledge is power. So, the more information that parents and teens have about this all-important time in a teen’s life, the better they will all be able to cope with it.
