Low calorie deserts? Are you kidding? It sounds like an oxymoron. But is it? No!!! Rose has shown us how we can make some light deserts and not put on weight while at the same time appeasing our sweet tooth.
So many of us can’t say no to deserts for a long time. That is why I struggle with my weight and fall off the wagon with my diet when I do. Rose’s deserts should help us to stay on track while enjoying ourselves and our sweet tooth.
