This is another wonderful book by Rose Reisman. This book has a focus on living well and eating balanced meals. Most of need this book in order to know what to do in order to lose a bit of weight and to keep it off.
In this book, Rose shows us how to master the art of eating and living well. Most of us really need help in these areas. She has created 150 recipes that are easy to prepare and to buy ingredients for. What is better, you can prepare them in 30 minutes or less. They are low in fat, calories, and cholesterol, and they taste great. I tried a few over the past week, and I was so impressed.
Rose also offers practical advice on nutritional requirements. She discusses how to maintain heart health, how to eat well when you’re run off your feel, hot to shop light at your grocery store, how to put together a light kitchen and much more…
