Do you wish you could instill the love of reading in your kids from an early age? If so, this book is for you!

This is a wonderful picture book about the love of reading. Lily loves reading so much that she does little more than read. She reads through seasons and events. Nothing is as important to her as reading.

Then one day, Lily meets Milly, a girl who doesn’t like to read at all. She wants to do anything but read. However, after spending some time with Lily, she discovers the love of reading. They also discover the importance of friendship and that life is so much more with a friend beside us.

This is a mesmerizing book. I loved it from beginning to end and I could relate to Lily a lot as I was also a bookworm when I was a young girl. And I still am…..

The illustrator, Francesca Chessa is Canadian and she did a splendid job of illustrating the story. The colors are bold and will inspire everyone into the world of reading.

Thank you Gillian for such a GREAT book!
