Vegan cooking requires us to change our mind-set from eating an animal-based diet to eating a mostly veggie and fruit diet. This diet is not only healthier but it will also help us to feel better about ourselves. Veganism is also a lifestyle and not only a diet.
Kramer’s book has soups and salads as well as entrees and yummy deserts.
Kramer believes that an animal-free diet will make us happier, healthier, and much more content. Veganism is a great life! All we have to do is to want to embrace it.
