Book 46 to be reviewed for Canadian Book Review Challenge

Deepwater Vee
Melanie Siebert

This is a wonderful poetry book by a writer from Saskatchewan. The book is about two remote rivers in Saskatchewan, the Athabaska and the North Saskatchewan. The poems presented in this book are sometimes vibrant and many times very complex. This book of poems does a great job to blur the boundaries of the self and other, the living and the dead, and the human and wild.

It was a great pleasure to read these poems by such a gifted debut Canadian author.
